Mental Health Initiative

So many of us spend time at the end of a fast flowing stream where there is a ton of people drowning at the bottom.

We try to figure out how to keep them from drowning as opposed to moving upstream to figure out what is pushing them in to begin with.

More Advocates on the way

Advocacy Service

In the past year we have provided advocacy services for people who are overwhelmed or traumatized.

The demand for the service is extremely high and as a result of this a recruitment drive to secure more Advocates will take place throughout 2012.

If you know a workplace that would benefit from addressing issues that the employer October not be aware of (and if left to continue could severely impact the health and wellbeing of others) but you can not speak to anyone at work about it, then this service is for you.

Whether it is your workplace, an organisation you have dealt with, or a situation that is affecting you; speak your mind anonymously! No fear of reprisals or being labelled a whistleblower for tying to fix something.

We will take the information you provide and investigate the matter. The information you provide is done so anonymously and we do not provide the employer with any information that can be used to identify the person using the Fix a Workplace Service to

We then advise the Employer about any issues associated with the investigation so they can address any problems that are exposed.
